Matt Cosby
Matt is owner of TLT Entertainment and is one of the most seasoned DJs of the crew. TLT actually stands for Texas Liquid Trix, which was the company’s beginning. Having raced jet skis professionally for years, Matt created TLT Entertainment to provide jet ski thrill shows to waterparks and festivals throughout Texas and the surrounding states. Utilizing the sound and equipment he purchased for the shows, he began DJing for weddings and school dances. Matt’s strong entrepreneurial spirit and focus on customer service has enabled the company to grow to what it is today. Matt now focuses on growing the business even more by participating in the local bridal shows, chambers of commerce and the Wedding Guild of Fort Worth. He is also head of the HEB Wedding Professionals Association. Matt is always looking for new business opportunities to provide entertainment services to Dallas/Fort Worth and other markets throughout the U.S. Matt has been happily married for almost two years and is expecting his first child in June.

James Dildine
James has been in the DJ business since 1990 and joined TLT Entertainment in 2001. Not only has James done voice commercials, he has used his strong vocal abilities as a radio personality for two leading radio stations in Houston. James’ customer service is out of this world, and his sense of humor is light and endearing. In fact, we receive many referrals from brides and party coordinators who really enjoyed working with him. He is definitely a favorite among our clients. Despite his strong musical background, James music selections are centered on what the bride and groom like, rather than his own personal tastes. He really understands the importance of your wedding experience and works hard to bring your dreams to life. James has been happily married for six years and has three beautiful children.

Thomas Hurlbut
Thomas has been a DJ for over five years. He has been heavily involved in the youth ministry at his church and volunteers at their summer camp, helping with audio visual and other activities. Thomas is also very involved in the HEB chamber of commerce, doing his part to help small businesses thrive in the mid-cities. Thomas is an energetic young man, who works hard and strives for perfection. Whether it’s a school dance, wedding reception or corporate function, Thomas pays close attention to every detail to ensure his events run in a smooth and timely manner – and that people have fun!

Rick McNeely
Rick had a passion for music as long as he can remember. He has been in the music business for over 10 years, including playing guitar, serving as the front man in a rock band, and working for a radio station. In addition to working as a DJ for TLT Entertainment, Rick is an accomplished Actor. Rick enjoys working with people to make their event a true celebration. Whether working weddings, school dances, corporate functions or other events, Rick is known for his attention detail and keeping the party alive. Rick has been in feature films, Television, Music Videos, recorded his own music and is a professional model.

Michael Hedgpeth
Michael has been a disc jockey for over four years, joining TLT Entertainment in 2001. In 2002, Michael married his sweetheart, Annie, and now lives in Irving, Texas. Having recently been married, Michael understands how hectic a wedding can be for everyone involved. That is why he prides himself in being able to make your reception or event run perfectly so you can have fun and enjoy the people around you. Michael is known for his laid-back personality and classy style, which is especially important for weddings. Corey Walter
Corey is a sophomore at Martin High in Arlington – though you wouldn’t know it by looking at him. His six foot tall, football-player physique, fool many people into believing he could play college ball. Corey has been helping his uncle, Matt, with DJ jobs for two years and now has the experience to take them on alone. In fact, he is one of the best DJs we have when it comes to school dances and parties. Who better to do it than a student? You will never see a DJ get so involved with the crowd.
